IABM has been affiliated to Karnataka State Open University, Mysore as their partner Institution. Karnataka State Open University is recognized by UGC and is established vide Government notification no.ED1UOV 95 dated 12th February 1996(KSOU Act1992).

MANAGE was established in 1987, as the National Centre for Management of Agricultural Extension at Hyderabad, by the Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India as an autonomous Institute, from which its acronym ‘MANAGE’ is derived.

For Agri Graduates from various agricultural universities all across India, MANAGE provides Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Agri Business Management) for careers in agro based enterprises.
